Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Pakistan Courts. If any portion of these Terms and Conditions become void, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The void part will be replaced by provisions that are valid and have legal effect.
